We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and drive this mission. This role will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional individuals who share our passion for innovation and customer-centric solutions. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to managing the interview process and extending offers, playing a key role in shaping the future of Mahendra Technosoft.
This year, as we embark on several greenfield projects and expand our internal tools development, the HR Recruiter will focus on attracting skilled professionals in areas like software development (including Full Stack, Java, and Web Developers), as well as other key roles across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Furthermore, you will contribute to enhancing our employer branding efforts and ensuring a positive candidate experience, helping us to attract the best and brightest in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Translate hiring manager needs into effective recruitment strategies, collaborating closely with teams to understand their specific requirements.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing plans, utilizing various channels including online platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing detailed evaluations to hiring managers.
• Manage the interview process efficiently, coordinating schedules, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
• Enhance the user experiences for errors whole home connectivity products
• Collaborate with hiring managers on offer negotiations, creating mutually beneficial compensation packages.
• Contribute to the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into Mahendra Technosoft.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, providing data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives, representing Mahendra Technosoft positively in the talent market.
• Proactively identify and address challenges in the recruitment process, proposing and implementing solutions.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
• Mentor and share best practices with other members of the HR team, contributing to the overall team's success.
Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years of professional experience in full-cycle recruiting, excluding internships.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with employer branding initiatives and building candidate pipelines.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles, specifically within software development.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting on recruitment metrics.
